PTG
About Us
The Corpus Christi Academy (CCA) Parent Teacher Group (PTG) is a source of communication between parents, administration, faculty, and staff concerning CCA. The PTG provides services and fundraisers that generate monies for the maintenance, upgrades or welfare of the school, as well as programs for the Academy’s teachers and students. Some of the many things we have sponsored in the last few years include:
- Improvements to the school including new flooring in the classrooms
- Subsidizing buses for all class field trips
- Teacher training days
- Fun student activities such as school dances, Halloween Trunk-or-Treat, Breakfast with Santa and Penguin Patch
- Marketing banners
- Student Incentives
- Supplies for classrooms
What Can I do to help PTG?
All parents of CCA students (Pre-K – 8th grade) and all members of the faculty and staff of CCA are members of the PTG, and we encourage everyone to get involved and have fun! The PTG has provided opportunities for all members of the CCA community to interact socially with one another through dances, holiday activities, classroom parties, and much more in previous years.
There is so much more that we would like to sponsor and improve as we continue to grow with the Academy. We are a group full of volunteers and all of our funds are given back to the Academy. Whether you have an hour a month or an hour a day of your time to donate, please let us know how you would like to participate.
